How wallet credit works

For Learners

Your wallet holds credit your school has given you — from switching instructor or cancelling a package — and shows where it has already been used.

Before you start

  • Wallet credit is applied automatically to new purchases; you don't need to do anything here to use it. This page is for checking your balance and history.

Steps

  1. Select View wallet on the Wallet Credit card (shown on your dashboard and on My Orders) to see your Available balance at the top.
  2. Under Credit Ledger, see every credit entry you've received — its type, a short description, when it was created, when it expires (or "No expiry"), the original amount, and how much of it remains.
  3. Each entry shows a status: Available, Partially used, Used, or Expired.
  4. Under Where Your Credit Was Used, see which orders have already used your credit and how much. Select a row to open that order.

What happens next

  • Credit is applied automatically when you create a new order — see Pay with wallet credit.
  • Credit can also come from switching to a cheaper instructor — see Choose or switch instructor.
  • Cash-out isn't available online. If you have unused credit and need help with it, contact the school directly.

Common problems

  • "No wallet credit yet" — you haven't received any wallet credit yet. It will appear here automatically when you do.
  • "Wallet unavailable" / "Wallet usage unavailable" — your wallet couldn't be loaded right now; the rest of the page still works.
