What you see and receive once you've paid for a lesson.
What happens next
- If you scheduled at least one lesson, you'll see Booking confirmed! with a message that a confirmation email has been sent and your instructor will be in touch shortly. Select View my bookings to see it in your account.
- If you paid for hours without scheduling a lesson yet (you chose Book Later), you'll see Payment confirmed! instead — your hours are ready to use, no further payment is taken. Select Schedule your lessons to pick your times, or View my orders to see the purchase.
- A confirmation message is only sent once your payment has gone through — not before.
- Your instructor also receives a message that a new lesson has been booked with them.

Where to find your booking afterwards
- Sign in and go to your bookings or orders list in your account to see everything you've booked or paid for.
- See Sign in and reset your password if you need to sign back in.
Common problems
- I didn't get an email — check your spam folder first. If it's still missing, sign in and check your bookings list — if the booking is there, the lesson is still confirmed even if the email didn't arrive.
