Before you start
- You don't need an account to look around. Browsing services, instructors and locations is open to everyone — you're only asked to sign in when you're ready to pay and confirm a booking.
What's on the home page
- A welcome banner with a headline introducing the school, and Book a Lesson and View Services buttons.
- Our Community — a short section on the school's community focus, with figures such as graduates, years established, instructors and suburbs covered.
- Find your suburb — a preview of the areas covered, with a link to explore all locations.
- How it works — four steps to book: pick your location, choose a service, pick your instructor, then book your slot.
- Our Lessons — a preview of available lesson packages, each showing its price. Select See all lessons & packages to browse the full list on the Services page — see Browse lessons and packages.
- Test car hire — when a test car offer is currently open for booking, a banner appears with its price and a Book your test car button. It's hidden when no offer is open.
- Expert Instructors — a preview of instructor profiles, with a link to view all instructors — see Find an instructor.
- Sections explaining why to choose the school, learner testimonials, and frequently asked questions.
- A closing call to action to book your first lesson, and a contact strip with phone, email and service-area details.
What happens next
- To start booking, select any Book a Lesson, View Services or See all lessons & packages link — these lead to the Services page or straight into the booking flow. See Book a lesson step by step for the full walkthrough.
- You can also call or email the school directly using the details in the contact strip at the bottom of the page, or visit the contact page to send a message.
- Once you're ready to confirm and pay for a lesson, you'll be asked to sign in or create an account — everything before that is open browsing.

Common problems
