Every lesson shows a status badge so you can tell at a glance where it stands.
Steps
- Look for the coloured badge on a booking row or at the top of its detail page.
- Confirmed — the lesson is booked and going ahead.
- Pending — the lesson is reserved but not yet fully confirmed.
- Cancelled — the lesson won't go ahead. If a reason was given, it's shown on the booking's detail page.
- Completed — the lesson's time has passed.

What happens next
- A booking's status is separate from whether it's paid. A Confirmed lesson booked against an unpaid package shows an extra Payment Required message — the lesson is still reserved, but if the order's pay-by date passes before you pay, the lesson is cancelled automatically.
- A lesson moves to Completed automatically shortly after its scheduled time is over — nobody needs to mark it done.
- Only Confirmed and Pending lessons that haven't started yet, and are outside your school's cancellation window, can be cancelled. Cancelled and Completed lessons are final — see View, cancel and rebook lessons.
