If you have wallet credit, it's applied to your order automatically — you can remove it, or use it alongside a card payment for the rest.
Before you start
- This applies wherever you pay for a package: buying hours straight away, or paying after scheduling lesson times — see Buy a lesson package.
- Wallet credit is applied when your order is created. It is not applied on the pay-balance screen for an existing order — see View orders and pay a balance.
Steps
- On the payment screen, look for Apply wallet credit — it only appears if you have credit available.
- Every available credit entry is applied by default, shown as Applied. Select an entry to remove it from this purchase, or select it again to re-apply it.
- The Total due updates to reflect any credit you've applied, with a note showing how much wallet credit was applied.
- Select View full wallet history → to check your balance and past credit in more detail before you decide.
- Select the Pay button to confirm — it shows the exact amount you're about to pay after any credit.

What happens next
- Only the credit you keep applied is used; anything you remove stays in your wallet for next time.
- If your credit fully covers the order, no card payment is needed.
- Once the order is created, the amount used is recorded against it — see How wallet credit works for the usage history.
Common problems
- No wallet section on the payment screen means you don't currently have any available credit to apply.
