Once you've bought a package, you still need to pick when your lessons actually happen. This page turns your paid hours into booked lesson times — no payment is taken here.
Before you start
- You get here from your dashboard's Schedule lessons banner, from Book with my hours →, from an order's Schedule your lessons link, or from Schedule another lesson on a past booking.
- If you're not signed in, you'll be sent to sign in first and brought back here afterwards.
- If you hold hours on more than one package, you'll be asked "Which package are these lessons from?" first — each package is tied to its own instructor, so pick the one you want to book with. The one shown as Spent first is the package the school draws hours from automatically if you don't choose.
Steps
- Check the strip near the top — it shows the service, order number, how much time is left, and which instructor it's with.
- Under How long is each lesson?, choose a lesson length. If there's only one possible length, it's shown as plain text instead of buttons.
- Select Choose times to open the calendar.
- Pick a date, then select a time in the Morning, Afternoon or Evening list. Each time you add appears in your list on the right; select an added time again to remove it.
- Keep adding times until your hours are used up, or select the Review button — it shows how many lessons you've added so far — to check what you've picked.
- In the Confirm lessons window, check every date, time and duration, then confirm. These hours are already paid for, so no payment is taken.

What happens next
- Each lesson is booked one at a time. If one of your chosen times gets taken by someone else while you're deciding, you'll see a message naming that time so you can pick another — any lessons before it in your list are still booked.
- Booked lessons appear on My bookings and count against the hours shown on your order.
- You can schedule up to a set number of lessons in one visit — if you hit that limit, confirm what you have and come back to schedule the rest.
Common problems
- "No hours left to schedule" — every hour on this order is already booked, or the order is no longer active. Select Buy lessons to get more.
- "No instructor on these hours" — these hours aren't assigned to an instructor yet. Contact the school.
- "Every available hour is scheduled. Select a highlighted time to free it up." — you've added times covering your whole balance. Remove one of your added times to pick a different one instead.
- "No slots on this date" — the instructor has nothing available that day. Try another day on the calendar.
