Pick a lesson, a location, an instructor, then a date and time — pay at the end to confirm.
Before you start
- You can browse and pick everything without an account. You're only asked to sign in or create an account when you're ready to book a time or pay.
- Your progress bar at the top shows where you are: Service & Location, Instructor, Amount, Book your lessons, Checkout. Select an earlier, completed step to go back and change it.
Steps
- Go to Services or Instructors and select Book or Start booking on a lesson or instructor — this opens the booking page.
- Where would you like your lesson? — search or browse to your suburb and select it.
- Which lesson? — select the lesson type you want. If you already have paid-for hours left for a lesson, this is shown next to it. Select Continue once both are chosen.
- Choose your instructor — select a card to pick an instructor; select it again to change your mind. Each card shows their rating and starting price. Select Choose date & time to continue with your booked time now, or Buy now to pay for hours straight away and pick your times later from your account.
- Choose lesson amount — pick one of the featured packages, or select Select custom hours and use the + and − buttons to choose your own number of hours. Select Continue.
- Book your lessons — select Book Now to open the calendar and pick your times, or select Book Later to pay now and schedule afterwards.
- On the calendar, select an open date, then select a time in the Morning, Afternoon or Evening list. Repeat for as many lessons as you've paid for — added times appear in your lesson list, and selecting one again removes it.
- Once you're happy with your times (or if you chose Book Later), select Continue to checkout.
- If you're not already signed in, you're taken to sign in or create an account first — see Create an account or Sign in and reset your password. You're brought straight back to finish the same booking afterwards.
- On Review & confirm, check the details, enter your Pickup address and Dropoff address, then select Proceed to payment.
- Enter your card details and select the Pay button to confirm.

Why a date might be greyed out
A date on the calendar can't be selected for one of these reasons:
- It's too soon — your school needs a minimum amount of notice before a lesson, so the nearest days may be hidden.
- It's too far ahead — bookings only open a certain number of days in advance.
- Your instructor doesn't teach on that day of the week.
Select Find next available to jump straight to the next day that has open times.
Booking without picking a time
Selecting Book Later on the Book your lessons step pays for your hours without scheduling a lesson. You'll see Payment confirmed! afterwards, with a link to schedule your lessons from your account whenever you're ready.
What happens next
- Once payment succeeds, you'll see Booking confirmed! — see What happens after you book.
- If a lesson you picked turns out to already be taken by someone else, you'll see a message on the checkout page that it's no longer available and has been removed from your order — your other lessons are unaffected, so review your remaining lessons and continue.
- Free cancellation is available up to your school's cancellation window before a lesson starts.
Common problems
- "No instructors available here" — try a nearby location, or check back soon.
- "No slots on this date" — pick another day on the calendar.
- "You can book up to 10 lessons in one order." — schedule the rest from your account after checkout.
- "Pickup address is required." / "Dropoff address is required." — both addresses must be filled in before you can pay.
- If your card is charged but something goes wrong confirming the order, you'll see a message telling you not to pay again and to contact the school — this is shown on the page, not as a pop-up message.
