Create an account

For Everyone

Create an account so you can book lessons, pay online and keep track of your bookings and orders.

Before you start

  • You only need an account when you're ready to confirm and pay for a booking — browsing services, instructors and slots doesn't require one.
  • Have your name, email address and a password ready. A phone number is optional.

Steps

  1. Open the registration page — select Create one from the sign in page, or go there directly.
  2. Enter your Full name (at least 2 characters).
  3. Enter your Email address.
  4. Optionally, enter your Phone.
  5. Enter a Password (at least 8 characters) and repeat it in Confirm.
  6. Select Create account.

What happens next

  • If everything checks out, you're signed in automatically and taken to the page you were trying to reach before signing up, or to your account home if you arrived directly.
  • If your account was created but automatic sign-in fails, you'll see a message explaining why and be sent to the sign-in page instead — your account still exists, so you can sign in with the same email and password.
  • Already have an account? Select Sign In at the bottom of the form to go to the sign in page.

Common problems

  • "At least 2 characters" — your name is too short.
  • "Enter a valid email" — the email address isn't in a valid format.
  • "At least 8 characters" — your password is too short.
  • "Passwords do not match" — the password and confirm fields don't match.
  • "Registration failed." — the account couldn't be created. If you already have an account with this email, sign in instead.
