View orders and pay a balance

For Learners

See every package you've bought, what's been paid, and pay off anything still owing.

Before you start

  • My Orders lists every package you've bought, newest first. Use the status filter to narrow it down.

Steps

  1. Go to My Orders. Along the top you'll see your total orders, total spent, anything with Payment pending, and your total hours remaining.
  2. Select any order to open it.
  3. On the order page, check Session Hours for the hours remaining and used, Package Details for what you paid and when, and Sessions for the lessons linked to this order.
  4. If the order still needs payment, select Pay now. This takes you to a card payment page — see below.
  5. If you have hours left on an active order, select Book a lesson to schedule one.
  6. Select View invoice to see or print your invoice — see Download an invoice.

What each order status means

  • Payment pending — you owe money on this order. If a pay-by date is shown, pay before then to keep your upcoming lessons; otherwise it says "No deadline set — open credit." If any of the hours on this order have already been used, the order itself stays Payment pending even after the pay-by date passes — the balance is still owed and won't disappear on its own, even though its unpaid upcoming lessons are still cancelled.
  • Active — paid, and you still have hours left to use.
  • Completed — paid, and all hours have been used.
  • Refunded — you were refunded for this order.
  • Cancelled — the payment deadline passed and none of the order's hours were ever used, so the order was cancelled and any upcoming lessons were released.

Paying an amount still owing

  1. On the pay page, check the order summary on the right — service, package, hours and instructor, along with Total due.
  2. Enter your card details and select the Pay button (it shows the amount you're about to pay).
  3. Once payment succeeds, you'll see a Payment successful! message and return to the order.

What happens next

  • Wallet credit is applied when an order is first created, not on the pay page — if you still have credit and this order needs payment, review your wallet before paying.
  • If your card total includes a service charge, it's shown separately from the lesson price, both on the order and on your invoice.

Common problems

  • "Payment unavailable" — the payment page couldn't be set up for this order; contact the school to arrange payment another way.
  • "Payment failed. Please try again." — your card was declined or the payment didn't go through; try again or use a different card.
